Seth came, serviced our AC unit, and found a part that was going out. He showed me the part so I felt comfortable saying yes, replace it! I have never had bad service with Central Air and Seth has continued the streak by providing excellent service.

Jodi answered my call about a leaking water heater and sprung into action right away. Cody stopped by within an hour or so to make sure there was no emergency. He then patiently walked me through a variety of options, providing information without pressuring me on a sale. It was a delightful experience and I learned about next steps to mitigate additional risks. Thank you both!

Tony with Central air came out and did an AC inspection. Monitored and cleaned the unit and coils. Afterwards went over all the results. Tony was very professional. I was very happy with his work.

Kenny was wonderful and went above and beyond! He was able to figure out why our furnace was making an odd noise and explained the solution. After a screw accidentally broke off in the furnace, he took the time to get a new one (at no charge to us) and make sure the furnace was put back together correctly. He was very thorough and answered all of our questions. Super friendly guy and easy to talk to. He especially gave great customer service to our puppy, Archie. Archie misses you already, Kenny!

Another great experience getting my furnace and A/C serviced. Michael is knowledgeable and helpful in providing recommendations to keep our system in top form.

As with all the people we’ve worked with at Central Air, Kenny was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional . He went above and beyond to improve our furnace efficiency.

Excellent experience. Tony came out quickly on a Saturday after our furnace had been out a few hours during the night. He ordered a replacement part for us right away and didn't try to upsell us on anything. Pricing was excellent and we signed up for the annual maintenance, which includes 2 yearly cleanings and other discounts. Very happy. Wonderful customer service from the office staff as well.

Still so impressed with this company. With the annual maintenance, they contacted me to schedule my free cleaning via text (super convenient), I could see exactly when Michael would arrive (also super convenient). Michael was extremely professional and I wish I could provide another review just for him! Thanks Central Air!

Our furnace went out on one of the coldest days of the year, and Central Air was able to come out same day. Seth was extremely professional, and explained everything that he was doing. We’ve found our new HVAC company for sure, and will definitely recommend them to others!

UPDATE: Seth came back a couple months later for scheduled spring AC service/inspection, and it was another great experience. Courteous, professional, and informative. 10/10

We're so grateful!! We woke up to no hot water and being a family of seven, we contacted Central right away. Cody was able to be here first thing this morning and by noon we were back in business. He did an excellent job of walking us through our options and making sure we understood what the issues and pros/cons were. In addition to replacing the water heater, he took a look at another bathroom sink issue that we'd had on our list and was able to get that taken care of while he was here. Highly, highly recommend them and their extremely helpful team - thank you!!!

I've been very pleased with Central Air Heating, Cooling and Plumbing and the annual service plan. All the technicians have been really friendly and knowledgeable. Today, Michael did a great job and noticed a failed plumbing pressure relief tank when he was doing an HVAC inspection, so called a plumbing colleague to come over to take a look. Cody added me to his schedule and did an awesome job explaining what was needed to fix the issue. He went over and above in every way. I highly recommend this company.

Michael did a great job completing our seasonal maintenance and a thorough inspection! He communicated all results well and he was friendly, courteous, and professional.

Chris came to perform a seasonal check up on my AC comma gas furnace, and mini split heat pump. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and explained everything he checked, as well as what he found. He had a variety of practical suggestions and I will definitely continue calling Central Air andChris to Service my units.

Pleased to give these guys a five star review for really going above and beyond with a new HVAC system install. This was a particularly challenging job due to the age of the home (1925) and the existing system in place, so there were some special "nuances" to the install. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure they left the system working perfectly, while still honoring the initial quote! (thank you Andrew:) Special shout out to Rich for his extra time and expertise throughout the process! Its nice to call a company for help and get it! This is really a great team to work with!

Glen Nelson arrived in snowy weather on time! He was wonderful. He demonstrated professionalism and expertise beyond the norm. He was a lot of fun to chat with and educated me about my gas fireplace. He repaired everything and went the extra mile explaining and bringing the appearance of the little fireplace to new looking condition. This is probably the BEST service I have ever had. Very grateful to Glen and CVentral Air for the expertise and quality in their business. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Did a gas fireplace tune-up. The Tech was a thorough & friendly guy. I'll use them again in the future for any heating/cooling service.
...and...I just used them again to install a heat pump to replace my gas furnace. They were excellent to work with throughout the whole process, from getting a bid to doing the installation to explaining how to use and maintain the system. Very professional, great communication.
...and, now I've been trying since early December to get replacement filters for the electronic polarized media air filter they installed with the heat pump. I'm completely exasperated with them. They do not return calls/texts/emails, or they say they'll get back to me (ha!) or they act like they don't know what I'm talking about. I finally found someone 3 weeks ago to order these filters, and now when I ask about if they've come in yet they don't seem to know...and said they'd get right back to me but that was yesterday morning and so I'm not holding my breath. You cannot buy these filters online or I would have done so long ago - I wasted about 3 hours of my life trying to search them down. So I'm stuck going through Central Air, but honest to God I have rarely seen such customer service ineptitude.
...and they finally got me my filters, after I got their attention with the negative review above. Bumping them back up to 5 stars, because they get the big stuff right. They were very contrite about the difficulties, and I'm convinced that when I need to order filters again there will not be a problem.

We can't recommend Central Air enough, especially Cody Vance. We had a cracked valve in our 1989 shower (and therefore nothing water to the house at all) and Cody was extremely patient and helpful going through all of our options when it came to the shower and many other plumbing issues/questions. He helped us find the simplest and cheapest temporary solution so we could have water again, while also giving us estimates/options for the future. We know when we do any other plumbing or HVAC work we'll be calling Central first as we know their service and care is top notch in both.

Very respectful and kind, intelligent individuals working at this company. They came highly recommended and the recommendation did not disappoint. Highly recommend Central Heating and cooling.

We’re extremely pleased with the prompt and professional service from Central Air Heating, Cooling & Plumbing Company. Our water heater had been inconsistent for a few days, and Cody Vance arrived quickly (same day) to inspect and diagnose the issue. He was highly efficient and respectful and took the time to explain multiple options for resolving the problem. Cody thoroughly cleaned and flushed the system, carefully inspected the valves and connections, and provided helpful recommendations. We’re very satisfied with the quality of service and highly recommend this company to anyone experiencing similar issues.

Our heat pump had stopped working. Rich came out the same day I called, got our gas heat going quickly, and got the heat pump working again shortly after that. He had suggestions for preventing the problem in the future which made sense.
