Really liking the regular maintenance schedule. The technician Rich that came out was steller. Great to talk to and shoot ideas around with. They will give you the details on every part of your heating and cooling system which helps a lot when something goes wrong. Even if there is nothing wrong, it’s great to know that everything is good for a while. They will suggest maintenance and so far it has all been really sensible things that I know needs to be done eventually they will show you what they are seeing so you can make an educated decision either way.

Michael came out for our half-yearly home HVAC maintenance. He noted that the startup current draw on our AC compressor was exceeding the rated amount on the compressor, suggested a part to buffer the startup current, upon our approval he installed it, retested and showed the lower startup current, about 60% of the previous measurement. We really appreciate his explanation of the situation, recommendation for correction, and his courteous demeanor.

Michael came to our home and serviced our furnace and air conditioner as well as checked our water pressure and hot water heater yesterday. He was professional, polite and knowledgeable. During inspection, he found our water heater was leaking, so we called this morning for an appt. to get a quote for a new one. Cody came out and ended up installing a new water heater for us same day! Cody did an excellent job of explaining everything to us, and he and Jon did a great job of removing the old water heater and installing the new one. Nice people and great service. We are extremely satisfied with their work.

Dan made it over in his personal vehicle to make sure we had heat during this snow storm. He did try to troubleshoot first over the phone which I greatly appreciated. He got us restored in no time. We are “members” which I highly recommend.

Rich came out today to do my annual check up on my heating & air conditioning systems… I’ve had a membership with Central heating and air for a while now, and I’ve been very happy with their service. Their staff have consistently been incredibly knowledgeable, even on an older system like my own. And they take the time to walk you through their health check report and write up any recommendations that they may have. if I had the option for six stars, I would give it six stars! I recommend their services, I also recommend a membership with the company, it is money well spent.

Update: I have the maintenance plan and these guys are so great. Kenny did my recent AC maintenance and is super friendly and not pushy or salesy at all. He also lives close by in a similar house and knows a lot about the age and build of my house. Great team of people at Central Air!

Frank was awesome!! Super knowledgeable, showed up on time, worked nonstop all day to get my install done and even hooked up my smart thermostat when that wasn’t part of the original quote. He was with Zach (I think) and both were great. HIGHLY recommend these guys!

In addition to the below, just adding that the monthly service has been worth every penny. Just had Michael out to do the annual furnace check - thorough and professional. Ready for winter.

Central Air had been out for about a week. I was waiting for my home warranty to send someone but it was taking too long. As such, cut my losses and contacted Central Air - best decision I made. Customer Service was a breeze (pun intended), scheduling could not have been faster, and John, the tech who came to help, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable - what more can you ask for?? Price was also more than fair.

My only regret was not calling sooner.

I will be signing up for their membership services as well.

They answered all my questions and offered some great advice on how to keep the unit running smoothly and properly. I've been using Central Air Heating, Cooling & Plumbing for a few years now, and I couldn't be happier with both the service and the price points. When our furnace and AC kicked the bucket, they quoted us an identical replacement for a few THOUSAND dollars less than their competitors, and were able to install and run new lines that same week.

I just had the annual service appointment, and Jake went above and beyond. He was both friendly and professional, and he was clear on what future services were essential vs. luxury. He also happened to get here right as my baby was taking a nap, and observed my "please knock" sign and worked quietly while at the thermostat, which is right outside baby's room. I really appreciate how courteous he was!
